I own a tattoo studio in Tel Aviv. I've been tattooing since 2013 and teaching since 2014. My technical background before this? Photoshop and Instagram.
In February 2026, I asked an AI to help me organize some files. Two weeks later, I had five autonomous agents running across two servers, maintaining a vault of 10079+ documents they maintain themselves, and coordinating through Telegram.
I didn't plan this. I didn't study computer science. I didn't take a bootcamp. I just started asking questions and building things, one session at a time.
The system I built is called Volkenfeld. Five AI agents, each with a name, a role, and real capabilities. They run 24/7. They monitor servers, generate content, audit security, manage infrastructure, and build products.

The Journey
It started with a Telegram message
Asked an AI to help organize studio files. Got curious. Kept going.
Ivan and Beski are born
First two agents deployed. Ivan (DeepSeek) for operations, Beski (Claude) for infrastructure. Two servers online.
Arthur and Dafi join the team
Arthur (Gemini) for research and content. Dafi (ZeroClaw) for voice and auditing. The ferret family grows.
The system becomes autonomous
Agents start running on schedules. Vault grows to 500+ documents. Dashboard built. 137+ build sessions and counting.

Why Winging AI Exists
